And a long term this will be, stretching all the way until September.
If there was an O-week for projects, this week would be it: research methods training, project reviews and such. After this and the handing in of our proposals next week, we’ll be on our own.
I’ve just met up with my supervisor and my co-supervisees to discuss our starting stages and where we’re at with our ideas. My thesis will still focused on pretty much the same stuff. I’ve got my draft set of objectives laid out, but on the whole it’s still quite vague and the methodology will need a lot of fine-tuning. As far as how I’m progressing, I guess I’m on track, since most others have yet to finalise their thesis details either and some are without a project theme even.
It’s now my turn to sit back and watch my housemates at revision, for a change. It’s the common exam period, and there’s an atmosphere of certain stress about the house.
Been tossing designs about in PhotoShop and I’ve gotten itchy with the web stuff.
The weather’s been warmish in London; when we went out for coffee yesterday, most people were getting around in short sleeves.
Time for more shoots, and time to really start looking into job applications.
